1. We supply a physical address, along with phone and fax numbers to satisfy the "Brick and Mortar" requirement set forth by the Department of Financial Institutions, formerly known as the Arizona State Banking Department.

2. We supply a "Responsible Individual" to name on your license application who has qualified as a "Responsible Individual" with the Department of Financial Institutions.

3. We offer support during examinations or audits.

4. We do periodic examinations to assure you are in compliance with the statutes and regulations set forth by the Department of Financial Institutions.

5. We keep you up to date with any new statutes or regulations which may effect your business.
